Refund & Return Policy
At The Bourbon Hub, we take pride in delivering premium spirits safely and in perfect condition. Due to strict federal and state compliance restrictions governing the sale and shipment of alcoholic beverages, we are unable to accept returns for buyer's remorse, change of mind, or personal preference. All sales are considered final once an order has been placed and confirmed.
Damaged In-Transit Items We understand that accidents can happen during transit. If your bottle arrives broken, leaking, or visibly damaged as a result of shipping, please notify our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery at info@thebourbonhub.com. To process your claim promptly, please include clear, high-resolution digital photographs of the damaged bottle, the internal packing materials, and the outer shipping box. Upon review and verification of your claim, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or arrange for an immediate replacement shipment at no additional cost to you. Claims submitted after the 48-hour window may not be eligible for resolution.
Order Cancellations You may cancel your order at no charge provided the cancellation request is submitted before your order has been physically loaded into our fulfillment provider's logistics queue. Once a tracking number has been generated and assigned to a courier route, the shipment is locked and we are unable to void or intercept the transaction. If you believe your order qualifies for cancellation, please contact us immediately at info@thebourbonhub.com or call +19018785864 during business hours (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM CST).
Incorrect or Missing Items If you receive an incorrect item or your order is missing a product, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery. We will investigate the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible, either by sending the correct item or issuing an appropriate refund.
