At The Bourbon Hub, we specialize in the safe, compliant, and temperature-controlled delivery of premium spirits and rare allocations. Please review our shipping guidelines carefully before placing your order.
Mandatory Adult Signature Required (21+) Federal and state law requires that an adult aged 21 or older be present to sign for delivery with a valid government-issued photo ID. Packages will not be left at the door, dropped on porches, or released without strict age verification. If no eligible adult is available at the time of delivery, the carrier will make additional delivery attempts or hold the package at a local facility.
Fulfillment & Transit Times Orders are carefully verified, packed, and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days of order confirmation. Standard shipping transit times are 3–7 business days via compliant ground freight networks. Please note that business days exclude weekends and federal holidays. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and your delivery destination.
Permitted Shipping Jurisdictions We legally ship alcoholic beverages only to states where direct-to-consumer spirits shipping is fully permitted under local law. If your state restricts or prohibits the direct shipment of spirits, your order will be automatically declined at checkout. We do not ship internationally, to PO Boxes, or to APO/FPO addresses.
Weather & Thermal Protection Premium spirits are sensitive to extreme temperatures. During periods of intense heat or cold, we may temporarily hold shipments to ensure your bottles arrive in perfect condition. You will be notified promptly via email if a climate-related delay affects your order timeline.
Lost or Delayed Shipments If your tracking information shows no movement for more than 5 business days, or if your package is marked as delivered but has not arrived, please contact us at info@thebourbonhub.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
